build T2 only when T1 url is indexed
Hi,
i think it's good feature to build lower Tier of of only upper Tier indexed urls because i think their is not any profit to build lower tier if upper tier link is not indexed.
i am building thousands of lower tier links daily but my T1 links is not indexed much or only index rate is 10 to 20 percent so 80 % lower tier link is wasted.
