GSA Auto-Start Projects On Startup?

Does anyone know if there's a way to set GSA SER to "auto-start" on scheduler projects when it starts up again?

The reason I ask is I found this tool:  http://sertools.com/ser-crash-catcher/

Supposedly it'll auto-restart GSA if it detects it crashed.  The thing is, every time when I start GSA I have to manually start the projects which makes this software not that useful if I want it to restart let's say while I'm sleeping.

Anyone know if this is possible or if there's another tool out there for this?
