Chrome Proxy Tool

I want to enable proxy on any connections any programs make on my VPS. 

I am only able to configure 1 proxy in chrome, but I want it to use a random one of my private proxies for any connection. Does anybody know a way to do this?

I tried a few extensions, but they only cycle through proxies for certain strings. i.e. use proxy 1 for string 1, or proxy 2 for string 2, etc. I want to use a random proxy on every connection.

i suggest to use a VPN instead of proxies.

Do you know of a solution other than a VPN? 

I already have a bunch of proxies. The reason I want to use this is for tools that don't have proxy options but are slow because they keep getting the Google block. So I was thinking if I could use a system to use proxies for any internet connection it would be a nice workaround.

I'm going to try to use a service like Errsy where it rotates the proxies from a big pool. 

@sven - If I set to use a proxy on my browser in my VPS settings (chrome or IE proxy settings), will it impact SER or will SER overwrite any settings here?
