Article Submission Query

In the article submissions I have about 3 or 4 headings in my article. 

Should I add <H1>Heading1</h1> and <h2>Heading2</h> tags to my article so it looks neater and more likely to get approved?

Do most article platforms support this format or will it be stripped out?

    I would not use this. I don't know how many support this but I know there are some who don't like it.

    @Ozz, @Hunar, @Bytefaker - can you offer your thoughts on this as well? (about to setup a number of projects for this and don't want to get it wrong.)

    Related to on-page seo using header tags for the titles are a good idea. But I think a lot article directories have their template and already display the titles in header tags. So for me personally it isn't important and it's a potential bottleneck which prevents posting an article.
