How To Create New Engine/Scripts?

Pardon for my noobness. I find it hard to navigate in this discussion forum.

I can't seem to find the section that teaches scripting/programming a new engine.

Where's the page? And is it possible to program/script a custom engine that...  well, for example:

Let's say Gumtree... is it possible to program GSA to auto find an gumtree ad based on a keyword then automatically click the ad to open it and fill up the contact form and submit it?
