more questions on what "failed" messages mean?

What do the following messages mean or signify - so we all have a better sense of what is going on in the big picture-

1. Verification failed
2. Registration Failed
3. Download failed


Another good question would be-  what are signs that our proxies are poor? Or our proxies are causing us issues and need to be replaced?  

And what are signs that the email on the GSA program is now blacklisted?  These signs would help us in detecting problems and fixing them to keep throughput optimal...

    1. Verification failed - no link placed on that site where one was submitted, a later check is done until it times out and the url is deleted (unless you define in options not to do so).

    2. Registration Failed - well how could that message be more clear? ;)

    3. Download failed - usually a website or proxy/internet access issue

    1. link was submitted to a site but not found by GSA by now (awaiting approval, is moderated,...)
    2. this is obvious. registration failed caused through failed captcha solving, closed registration, ....
    3. SER couldn't open the site because of slow server (html timeout), bad proxies

    signs of bad proxies -> many "download failed" messages

    signs of blacklisted emails -> double click project > "check blacklist" and you will know
