Request option to disable pop up tips \ help when mouse over

The little pop up with tip \ help that pop up is starting to irritate the heck out of me, especially when selecting platforms where to submit too.
The pop up balloon keeps getting in the way, specially when all platforms are expanded.

The option to turn this pop up off will be greatly appreciated.

just move your mouse outside the box doesn't help?

Yea i have to keep moving the mouse pointer back and forth so i can see what is below the pop up box, and that is a pain in the butt, specially if u have to go down the list and check many options, which is why i was hoping it is possible to just disable it.
