SER is not good at activate mail , Could I change the mail activate template ?

SER is not good at activate mail , some Article templates register succeed , but SER can't activate mail .
Like Drupla, PHPmotion .
Could you tell me how to change mail activate template ?

    but SER not chick the activation link, so when i use the      account data to submitted ,It will say that you have not confirmed your email.

    And that email was parsed by SER? Because I have the feeling you log into that email account and your cleint deletes the email before SER sees it.
