Where to set the verfication timeout time ?

Where to set the verfication timeout time ?  I do not have permission to set the timeout?

    You can only set the time on when to verify and if you want to remove URLs on first verification or not at all. Another setting here is not planned.

    project options -> options -> "when to verify" -> custom (click drop down menu button)
