Well so far just clicking them and sending to speedy only 1 indexed and it was video engine redirect. . So this may require some more attention like building tiers or maybe adding them to indexed pages you control and updating from there...?
I understand some of these tools pick up URLs that Google doesnt care about so I'll have to do some more research. I may find that this is only good for boosting metrics in these certain service spiders and tools emulation stats, but not Googles.
Who knows?
