Spinner Config

If I check off [x] Use Internal Spinner

-AND-

I have API-based services checked off above...

What happens?

Does CG go through the services checked off one at a time?

Does the internal spinner spin and THEN send to API services?

If you have spinner services added, it will try them first from top to bottom until one worked. If you have the internal spinner enabled, it will use that one as last option.

Sending already spinned content to services is not working very good if at all.

OK...so only ONE service is chosen for use, then?

And, the internal spinner is used if, and only if, no services checked work?
