Tier 2 and 3 engines and content advice please

Hi,

I would like to use GSA SER for tiers 2 and 3 till I gain more experience using GSA, however as new user I am unsure of the best way forward.

For tier 2 I was thinking of using the Articles, Forum, Microblog and Wiki engines and everything else for tier 3, is this a good strategy?

Also, articles at tier 2, would I actually need lots unique articles or can the same ones used on web 2.0s at tier 1 be used?

Does the quality of the articles matter? Can they be very heavily spun as I assume I would need thousands of articles?

We generally use content creators like my personal favorite is SEO Content Machine while GSA has its own great GSA Content Creator too. Both have trial version so you don't have to ask which is better.
