unable to access any gsa-online.de site from the US

Hello,

I don't know whats going on with my network but i'm unable to access gsa-online.de from my computer in the USA. I am writing this from my vps which is in france. Here is my tracert from my local computer. I intentionally left out the first 2 lines.

perhaps someone here has an idea why this happening. I have tried with multiple computers including my ipad.

    Can you access any german sites at all from your USA computer?

    Goto www.google.de and search for a generic terms like :

    einkaufen in berlin
    handball in berlin

    If you can't access any of the sites, it could be something is blocking access to german IP's.

    Contact your ISP (internet service provider) to see if they can help.

    or use one of your proxies with a browser-proxy-addon like foxyproxy.

    @JackSparrow - I did what you suggested and am able to access other german sites with the .de tld.

    I fired up hma vpn and connected to a proxy of theirs in the US and was able to connect so I am twittering with isp support right now. thanks for the guidance.
