Do we really need to use a proxy when submitting forms to prospective contacts?

Hello, GSa pplz....

Wondering if I really need proxies for this. (not scraping, but rather submitting contact forms)

I know I asked this before,  but my search skills aren't up to par, I guess, b/c I can't find the answer. :\

Does it depend on how many contact forms I send?

Should I use proxies just to be safe?
