Any Tools or Add-on Engines For GSA For Twitter?

Are there any engines around these days that can do this?

I mean posting to certain accounts with content generated from set pool of images and written content or a scraped source, re-tweeting based on KW, etc., and liking based on same, all with filters?

I thought someone had written something like this a while back...

Anyone have anything they've written they are still selling?  Or, some direction on who does sell this? PM or post. Thanks.

    There was once a plugin system for SER that did this social activity - called Social-SER.
    That webpage has gone but there was a github site...maybe someone else knows more?
