Why I am getting this error?

I am getting this error while running my project after it creates 2-3 backlinks (of very low quality). I am not using any private proxies, is that the reason I am getting this error?
I am not seeing any good results (backlinks) after running so many campaigns, again I am using only public proxies. Should I buy a proxy pack? (please recommend a good one)

@shvm0396- These errors indicate that you should take my first recommendation (2.) at a minimum. For maximum success implement (3.), (4.), (5.) and (6.):

1. Your public proxies are blocked by search engines. This means that your project(s) in the Options > How to get Target URLs cannot work.
2. I strongly recommend private proxies from BuyProxies.org (not .com) or from SolidSeoVps. To operate GSA SER efficiently, use the rule of buying 1 proxy for every 10 threads you want to run. This is setup in GSA SER > Options > Submission > Threads to use.
   
3. After getting your proxies setup, I strongly recommend that you subscribe to a sitelist service. I recommend Loopline's sitelist service and/or
   SERVerifiedLists sitelist service.
4. You will also build more links if you can solve more captchas. Use GSA CB first, and 1captchas as second.
5. Also, make sure the links you are building get indexed. These indexing services speed up the process to get your links into the Google index. There is only one provider I trust for indexing. That service is from @Tim89 and is called ExpressIndexer.
6. Lastly, use 5-10 emails per project. The two services I recommend here are SEOSpartans and/or Asia Virtual Solutions.
