100 links/day too much for a PR3 website?

edited February 2013 in Need Help
Hello,

I have started a project with a PR3 and 2 years old. Because I'm at the begining I have seted up to get links only from Article module, 100 links/day (no filter like PR, or OBL). After 1000 links my website dissappear from any serp..The links point directly to my money site. I have started the project on 15.02.

Anyway SER is doing a great job just need to find out my way.

What is your experience?

Thx

  • Were you building links before?  Is that 100 verified or submitted?
  • ronron SERLists.com

The age and PR of your website doesn't matter in this analysis as much as how many links per day you built prior to SER.

If you changed the link velocity to be very different from what you had been doing before using SER, then there's your explanation.

  • I have build links at the beginning, (link exchange) and re did it 1 month ago
  • 100 links was that submissions? Or verified links?
  • If you blast 1000 x "buy viagra" to your site....... maybe. if youf mix anchors, surely not..... and 30-50% of those links are dead in 6 weeks....... lower link velocy to 5 - 10 verified links, depending on the quality of links that can be 100 or 20 submissions (contextual or blogspam.....). leti t run for THREE months at least. and post results again.

these was verified links, and the anchors are very mixed: 10% main keyword, 30% social anchors, 30%, 30 % domain and variation.
links are from content and profile (mediawiki)

  • social anchors? you mean generic anchors?
  • yes generic anchors
  • In my modest opinion 100 links a day is too much almost for any site
  • its VERIFIED. in about 2 weeks.. seems a lot too...... mediawiki stinks..... nofollow..... switch to 10-20 verified a day, and build a new site..... you never know

my website is back, already appear in G for 4 keywords, but not in Yahoo and Bing...I will continue with 100 verified/day
Now just unchecked MediaWiki, I have already a lot of unfollow.
