hey guys.
               tell me what is the best strategy for tier link building?

                 RX web2.0 > Contexual > ???
what kind of tier 3 backlinks are most effective for juice, japnese and chinese guestbook links still worthy?

    If you mean me, I moved over to SERE for my automated web 2.0s. Also, read the thread I linked in my post above yours, I don't use automated web 2.0s on T1 anymore.

    I don't use RankerX. I use serengines web 2.0 - T2 again serengines + all contextual engines

    This is i do with low competition 

    Tier 1 -  Web2.0s mixed with contextual  
    Tier 2 - Contextual blast  + Then select All forums + Then select All articles
    Tier 3  - Only Do follow selected + then select  All article engines 

    I mixed T1 with PBN links.

    I have been following this from IMsoldier case study and works for me.

    ohjohn992 For tier 3 I choose everything except indexers, exploits and adult videos.
    The idea behind this is indexing more fast t2.It's effective than stupid indexers out there.
