Crashes?

I have sometimes crashes, like the program (v5.17) doesn't work anymore. Anybody else?

P.S.
It worked fine before?

    when it happens and what happens?
    do you get a bugreport?
    doesn't SER respond at all or is it just a slow connection to your VPS?
