Download Failed - Details

I am reviewing the log and see a number of download failed errors.

What are the factors that can cause this:
1) Dead Proxies
2) HTML timeout
3) Dead website
4) and? 
5) and?

Can someone explain what else causes this message?

Also - @sven - would it be possible for it to show "Download Failed - Reason" 
e.g. 
"Download Failed - Proxy Issue"
"Download Failed - HTML Timeout"
"Download Error - Site Dead" 
"Download Failed - Unknown"

I see this question about download failed on the forum a fair bit, and this would solve it. Much easier for new users to see what's causing the error. ALSO it's super useful if you are testing various variables, e.g. thread count, html timeout, custom search time, etc.

    There are basically only two factors causing this.

    1) Website is dead
    2) HTML timeout due to slow/dead proxies or SER is too busy with 99% CPU usage to get things going (= too many threads)

    Would it be possible to have the reason added behind Submission Failed. Would be much more useful.

    No, this is to much data to carry through the function calls...makes it only slow
