Yahoo Email accounts?

Has anyone used Yahoo email accounts successfully?  Mind sharing your settings? I've tried everything I can think of, SSL, proxies, and nothing will pass the test.

    I guess Yahoo doesn't allow pop access for free.  The more you know...

    i think you need to register with yahoo.co.uk for pop3 accounts.
    i'm not 100% sure about this though, but i think i read something like this somewhere.

    You have to have an upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus for $20/yr. I think I read what Ozz said about the .uk accounts but never tried it.

    yes you do need yahoo.co.uk or yahoo.asia;

    you can't pop yahoo.com in the US unless you pay for it; moreover I would try gmx before yahoo.  for a while now yahoo has been notorius for closing email accounts.

    I bought some hotmail and gmail accounts on fiverr.  These should work fine.  Thanks all.
