How many time can be a multiple url submitted?

Hi

my question is:

if I have a project with say 200 urls (subcategories of the main site)

How many time can be a multiple url submitted if I set "stop after 200 submission?

only 1 per url??

Is There a way to control that the program submit 1 time all the urls?

Another question regarding Tier 1 (similar to question above):

When I have reached ,say 100 Verified Tier link 1, 

if I submit them on a Tier 2, the SER software, submit 1 time for each link verified?

No, its completely random to which URL and with witch URL SER posts to. But it is also completely random which URL will be verified due to luck (post will be approved by moderator  for example) or which URL will be indexed by google (some will, some will not).

In the long run all URLs should be posted once a day though, but this will take a long time.
