I have checked my verified submission link report. but there is very less backlinks for Web 2.0, Social Network, Social Bookmark and wiki, so i want to increase more backlink from Web 2.0, Social Network, Social Bookmark and wiki. what is best strategy in GSA SER?

You can use a scrape tool such as; Scrapebox, Gscraper or GSA built-in scraper.

Do what you're doing 10x over.
