what are the factors responsible for low LPM and cpu usage when doing backlinks with the software

really want to know what are the main causes of low lpm and low %cpu usage during submission using gsa.  thus knowing will give me the advantage in trying to avoid those things that will cause low lpm @sven

    LpM
    - proxies / connection limitations
    - html timeout (adjust according to threads used, higher threads, higher timeout)
    - your lists
    - platforms
    - reposts
    - email health
    - amount of projects
    - keywords (if you're using SER for scraping & posting)

    CPU usage
    - Projects per install
    - macros (more macros used, more CPU needed for retrieving files/content/keywords)
    - keywords
    - platforms selected

    Quite a few factors involved when tweaking for optimum LpM.
