am about to subscribe  to this service "https://winity.io/" hence am here to ask if any one have used them before, they are vps provider though i don't know how fast they are, if  any  one have used them pls let mee know if it is good to join their service or not

They have good and stable Windows VPS. But if you are planning to run SEO tools then it's not a good choice because it's not allowed and you might get banned/suspended.

I am using Greencloud vps hosting right now, I am very happy with them. They respond to tickets quickly, seem to be happy to help customers, very quick to fix problems or any sort of issues I have had. Would recommend to others their SEO2 package.

You may have a look at spinvps too. I was reluctant to give it a go at first because of some negative forum comments but they seem alright so far.
I've got one of their french vps and it works just fine.
I wouldn't recommend cheapwindowsvps based on past experiences but they may have changed their setup since I used them. They are promoting heavily lately.
I used to have poweruphosting and hostwinds in the states without much problems and excellent support. It was a pain to access them from where I lived then though.
Anyway, don't forget the recommended Solid seo VPS either.
