Well, I really should thank everyone else too!!
This is fantastic, all the help we are getting in here!!
    Thank you all.
  • Thank @ron, for your precision. According to you we should have this architecture:

    ·         Project 1= T1, T2 and T3 (where T3 and T2 are clone of T1)

    ·         Project 2= T1A, T2A, T3A (where T3A and T2A are clone of T1A)

My question is about junk tiers. I’d like to know if T1A have to link Money Site or T1A verified links.?

  • Look at the diagram here to find the answer:

I always think of them as primary and secondary links. Primary being contextual, secondary being kitchen sink. For the above diagram, T1A is T2S for me. As they point to T1P, they are second tier, basically.

  • @audioguy! thank
    I understand now :)

@Ron  So do you use GSA SER to create contextual Tier 1 links directly to your money site using content from KM and than build lower tiers from those links? I was a little apprehensive about creating links directly to my money site using GSA but if I understand correctly it sounds like your having success doing this?  Thank you for all the great info in this thread! I'm new to this software and still trying to learn how to use it correctly.

@sr1racer - Yes, I do exactly what you just said. Contextual links are safe.

@Ron Thank you. Another question? You are adding 1 keyworded link into your article body using KM. Since SER also drops a link at the end of the article, is it okay to have 2 links pointing to the same site in the same article? and do you vary the keywords that are inserted into the article?
  • ronron SERLists.com

The link gets stuck at the end if you have no token. So if you have the token in the KM spin, that is the only place your link will be placed. That is what I have been doing.

Now that @sven has this cool feature where you can also insert a random outbound authority link, I will likely start using that feature as well. That is found right underneath the article field in SER.

  • Using the tiered diagram Ron has I want to build 100 links a day for every tier (T1, T2, T3, T1A, T2A, T3A) and the "per URL" checked for every tier but T1. Do you think that is to many per day to build?
  • if you build 100 T1, your tier 2 will build 10,000, and your T3 1,000,000 the first day... make your own conclusion.

    go for 10 links a day on T1, T2, T3, you will build 10 T1, 100 T2, 1000 T3 each day

    @rodol surely it would be 100 T1, 1000 T2 and 10,000 T3?
  • I'm very curious to see how your sites did today Ron With the update.  I typically only do contextual for T1 but I got hit pretty hard so if Contexual links are safe.  That'd make me think it was more of a ONpage issue than off.
  • OK currently this is my settings. To this day after 2 months not sure if this is right to do using Rons tiered diagram. Any help would be appreciated.

T1 - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL not checked)
T2 - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL checked)
T3 - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL checked)
T1A - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL checked)
T2A - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL checked)
T3A - Pause the project after 10 submissions reached in a day (per URL checked)
  • I think @glennf should marry Ron's tiered diagram. It's now coming up on Google suggest and Yahoo trending. This would make Glenn @ron 's son in law. How do you feel about this @ron?
  • ronron SERLists.com

I don't do a lot of web 2.0's as moneysites, but I had one 2.0 totally tank today. Thankfully it wasn't a big earner.

But I got a lot more aggressive with it just because it was a 2.0, and we used to be able to get away with murder on those. It was also an EMD subdomain. So I can't tell what happened because there's a few variables potentially in play.

What would be interesting @hunar to know is if you got hit harder last night, or on May 20. Back in May I got only dinged on some authority sites (-5 to -10), lost some inner pages, and lost some secondary keywords on the main page. So it wasn't a bloodbath.

Between the two updates, I have to build more and replace, but that is getting to be the deal anyway as we were talking before.

  • @glenn - you're over complicating everything. Links rank websites. GSA builds links. I think you need to come back to that statement every time you want to ask Ron a question about his tiered diagram or start a new thread asking about if this check box should be checked or not.

  • I think I got only hit like you did in May,  I got a -5 on around 100+ sites and those sites dropped for a lot of secondary keywords as well.  :(  But yeah exactly like you said just build and replace. :)

@rodol - "why you have skip sites with outgoing links and skip sites with PR, if you are building BRAND NEW contextual links, think about it... you are building a new article with a contextual link... all those platforms will be PR ?, so you are skiping all your possible links. "- remember that it is PR of the domain not the page. So the PR of page might be ? but the domain might be 6.
  • @ron thanks a lot. Mark
  • Certainly if we have to find websites through the function:

    image

or you can write keywords in the settings and thus work?

    What these functions differ?

    Thank you!
