I've emailed Sven via the contact form and asked a question here to no avail. Is there another method of contacting perhaps that I am missing?

You asked for someones Skype for support, I don't see that much of a support request more than "please spoonfeed me over TeamViewer" or Skype. No, there is no TeamViewer or any support, but watch some videos and Google your problems.
