There were many great suggestions given already to repeat them Nth time. Just google it with site operator, it helps in 99% cases.

Both are resellers of datashack/online.net/hetzner.de/ovh.com/soyoustart.com. I dont see any reason to pay extra for middleman.

+1 for what @satyr85 told.
just google how to install windows through kvm or on a linux box, than you are good to go. if you are on budget you can also go for kimsufi which operates by ovh also. No need to pay double prices for EVERY single month.

satyr85 datashack is shit. I tried it for a month. They will keep on deactivating the server and claiming "ddos attacks".

I have been using ovh dedis for over 3 months. No problems, no downtime.

You can use windows keys from mydigiralife forum also.
