nobody can tell you that. this could happen within hours if you are unlucky. it also depends on what platforms you are targeting. forums and blog comments will be more reported for spam as other platforms.
you should "check blacklist" every once in a while.
I would recommend checking the email blacklist once a day, and making changes as soon as you see it on a list. I use to be lazy about it months ago, but noticed vast efficiency with GSA if I keep everything 'clean'. After all, a number of sites are plugged into these services, so it will cut down on the number of sites where you can drop a link.
@Mike - It goes back to what Ozz was saying. Try to break out the forums and blog comments into a different project. When you do that, half of your projects will almost never need a clean email, and the other ones will.
what type of emails are you guys using? If you are using a fiveer provider can you please share the provider? I have bought some but sometimes they are not as good because they require extra verification to use them.
@adventurouslover - Hotmail on fiverr. I don't remember who I used, but she was from Japan I think and it was 300 emails for $5. The important thing is to look for the ratings and the number of happy buyers vs. unhappy buyers.
@ron Thank you very much for this answer, I was thinking email will last for a while, but I've just seen that my Tier 2 and Tier 3 emails were blacklisted, going to change them now... Tnx again... I would never think of that...
Checked my running projects, huge mess, I'm glad I asked
So in this case , a very neat feature request would be to check if assigned email is flagged on stopforumspam.com and assign a new one from a pool of pre-made / predefined emails
