Keyword must be present on not working proper in my campaign

Keyword must be present on I have enabled "Title", While checking this verified URL home pages title (Ctrl+U), In that title there is no keywords while I mentioned in SER keyword field. It's submitted in irrelevant which is not related to my niche.

that !mobile is a negate and you use spin syntax in keywords which is not a good idea combined with that option.
