Owen SE: Edit

in currect version when i select a own SE i added, and click on edit, nothing happens

hence lemme me ask straigt away to add www.duckduckgo.com to the SE list, cause the results from it are way more relevant than what big G has those days, its like a google clone before the penguin fuckup

    DuckDuckGo is a superb SE which I use in private but it is not compatible to SER and will give you only 1st Page results as it makes use of the "Show More" button. You can't define =page1, =page2, =page%number%.

    Its the same problem as with Yandex.com (not Yandex.ru). Test this SE in SER and you will only get 10 results per search term (options -> advanced -> tools -> search online for urls -> just check yandex.com INT).

    ahh oki, so without starting a new thread about it ... is there a way to have SafeSearch Turned Off by default on all engines?

    only if you define the SEs by yourself. take a look into this tutorial:

    or give me the correct parameters and I add them to the default search engines ;)

    looks good to me, but as I've said a SE that gives you only 10 results per search term is pretty useless imo. Maybe I'm wrong but how many results you are getting if you test it with the method mentioned above?

    if you see the source of that URL you will notice that the results are not there. They are loaded by javascript.
