%random_anchor_text% not working with URL anchors

Hi,
So I pretty much only use anchor in URL ( like domain.com#{keyword1} ), and I don't use the anchor text field.

But the %random_anchor_text% macro still only takes the anchor from the anchor text field and not from the URL anchor. Could this be fixed?

    Thats only for the TEST, working as it should and you expect it during submission.
