Clearing down email box
Hi,
I have spotted a few messages saying the inbox should be cleared down to save memory and speed GSA up. In the inbox is about 600 emails. I have the option ticked that says delete emails when verification link found. The account and project is only 4 days old so I suspect maybe a lot of the verifications are still pending so I am not sure it is a good idea to clean the mailbox down.
That said, most of the messages show read??
Not really sure what I should do here.

First there is nothing like "email shows read". The pop3 protocol has nothing like that, just your email client.
Also note that not every email has a verification link in it. So on a successful verification you might get another email saying "welcome to our system" with no link in it. And than the email will not get deleted.
