Is there a way to mass change checked/unchecked status of an e-mail used in multiple projects?

If  copying e-mails always results in having them start off as checked, then is there a way to mass-change the checked/unchecked status of a single e-mail account that is used in multiple projects, rather than going through them and checking/unchecking by hand?

    Sven, that's where I get stuck. I select all, or whichever projects have the e-mail that I want to check/uncheck.

    Then I right-click and select the Modify Project menu.

    Where from there?

    you can not do that on all projects emails, just per project.

    OK. I guess once I get an automator I can easily automate that task. 

    I've never used those task automators, but I know a few specific ones were suggested on this forum. When it's time to buy, I'll check back and see what was said.

    I'm planning to start automating, not as a next step,  but as a very near step.  :)
