Ability to choose Site list folder

Currently can only choose from Identified, etc... But what about simply setting a folder or file to monitor at the project level?

    why you would need a project to monitor a folder? You can simply copy the projects target urls to it in <project name>.new_targets and that project will go on. If you want all projects to use your URLs, copy them to the site lists folders.
    I don't see a need for another folder/setting really.

    Because for importing links based on tier.
