Setting maximum links for a project

Hello guys, sorry if this is a noob question.
I want to set it so my project only makes 30 links to each of it's targets per day.
I looked over the project options menu multiple times, but I can't seem to find an option for this.
What am I supposed to do?

    Options Tab - very top option, put 30 in the box and set it to per day then tick the per URL box if the project has more than one URL.
