License Rceeived on New Purchase NOT WORKING

To GSA Online,

I received license number of recently purchased GSA Email Spider software however when I enter license number and restart software it still stays on Demo mode. Please advise solution ASAP.

    Some things to check:

    1) Make sure the license is entered exactly as shown in the email. (best to copy and paste directly from email)

    2) Sometimes it helps to right click on the desktop icon > run as administrator > then enter license

    3) Make sure nothing is blocking the software from communicating with the licensing server such as a firewall/anti-virus

    I have identified the "problem". You have ordered SER instead of GSA Email Spider!? Replied by email as well. Also note that you life in a different time zone and I was asleep when you have the issues. So don't blame on the waiting time. I answered asap.
