Actually nothing should be removed. You can remove debug folder in appdir as well as from GUI you can choose right click on projects->modify project-> delete unused accounts, delete target url cache / History.
Then there is *.rnd_content files in project folder but they do not grow endlessly anyway and get cleaned up like all in SER.
Site lists might also take some space...try clean them up
Another thing that wasts memory is the public proxy scanner...try set it up to automatically delete proxies being older than XYZ minutes.
