Hi , GSA SER can post articles on forums or it only create profile ?

It also posts directly on forum threads. Though this is not enabled by default. You have to turn this on in project options->backlink types->Forum Post. But please read that popup message when you check it.

Would it also be possible for GSA to REPLY to a thread (meaning quoting another post) rather than creating a "standalone" post?

Not with the current scripts. You can however modify them to do exactly what you want.

Do you have some documentation you could point me to as a starter?

Will GSA first log into an account and then try to post on a thread? Asking this as the quote buttons only show up once you are logged in
