Fails to Import URL List

    Just to be clear, this is a TXT file with simple standard URLs

    1. Make sure the file is in a place where the program has access to

    2. Make sure the file is encoded in ANSI (no UTF8,16,unicode...whatsoever).

    I found that this issue doesn't occur if the .txt files name is short and contains no spaces.

    Just want to help the community: actual problem was exactly what you said, "Make sure the file is encoded in ANSI (no UTF8,16,unicode...whatsoever)."
