GSA SER is NOT using global lists, tried everything

I have 3-4 projects which refuse to links from global lists (Verified). I have many other projects 20+ who work perfectly fine, but these 3-4 simply won't do anything at all. I've let them 2 days, all I get is 'no targets to post to' but I have 20+ other projects working fine. I also tried setting up the projects to use global lists only and still didn't work out. What could be possibly wrong?

    try importing directly to the project from site lists.

    @Sven, I tried that and after running all the links it appears to skip the ones it should post to. By that I mean it imported 5k links and only posted on 10, but I have other projects who managed to get at least 500+ from my verified list using the same engines (only checked the option in options to use global list verified).

    I've been having similar issues with global lists (i.e. skipping at least 50k links)... For some reason the thread number goes to around 5
