How do I remove the default target urls

Hi all
I'm trying to submit to my own list only,
but when I press start it's starting to submit to many default urls.
How can I delete them ?

    default URLs come from Web2.0 engines that have there own URLs. Just uncheck them in project options.

    Also to add on to what Sven said, make sure in your project options that you go to the search engine selection box > right click > check none. 

    Otherwise it's going to scrape from the search engines.
