Email red triangle notices on campaigns

I was advised to use one email account on each campaign to speed things up.  My campaigns have been getting the red triangle warnings that the email timed out.I test the emails and they are successful.   I was told just to clear the message and continue.

Should I be doing anything different?

When the red triangle warning displays, does that mean that no more link building is being doen OR is it just saying there was a time out on one attempt and not to be concerned?

Whats the message in detail? Might be a temporary problem only though.

It always just says, "connection timed out"

and gives the email address...I then check it and its ok

what type of email is that? Some disposional?

@ojoesy - That was terrible advice, whoever gave that to you.

My best guess is that you are hitting the email with too many queries. Make sure the time between queries is set at 900 or greater. Just a hunch.
