Manual Revivify and Link URL

When I manually revivify my links I go into tier 1 and delete Failed and goto tier 2 and look I see that there is some of them with N/A in Link URL.
Does that mean when there is a N/A in Link URL that was one of the back links that was pointing at one of the deleted links in tier 1?

    No, it usually means that a citation was done or a whois/stats site was used.
