Nested spintax in keywords and anchor text fields

Does GSA SER allow/support nested spintax in the keyword and anchor text field.
For Ex.:
{{keword1,keyword2,keyword3,etc.}{modifier1,modifier2,modifier3,etc.,}}

or

{{keword1,keyword2,keyword3,etc.} | {modifier1,modifier2,modifier3,etc.,}}

I have tried both ways and struck out.

    Is there someone who will do a team viewer session for my GSA SER?  I need a pro who understands why my links are so low for PA pumping.  Only 4 out of 100 are showing any movement. Is there a service available or an individual who I can hire?
