Default captcha question reponse

ex: Question* = %question% Default question captcha = 1|%select_random% So, if captcha question api return blank, the "default question captcha" is used.

    you could use ...

    add fixed data=Question=default blahh

    add fixed data condition=what is XYZ?

    Question* = %question%
