can not import spun content to gsa from wac need help

having having this problem for some time now  wac3.6 with  , on coping the generated ID on gsa it always shows "nothing extrated" this has been on for sometime now and  i don't know what do  i need help.

    I am having the same problem with wac3.6 and gsa version 9.10.

    i think the best alternative is to save it as text file and import to gsa
