Whats a goog VpM fpr PR+1? Im getting 10+

Hi,

Im getting around 6~16 VpM and 20~30 Lpm for quality backlinks, i mean: PR+1, Not unknown PR, less than 200 links per page.

Thats is after tunnign to much, because at the beggining i was around 1~2 VpM.

I know some people get 80 Lpm, but with no PR or links per page restriccions. 

What do you think of my numbers, are good?

    your vpm is really great, especially if you're getting quality links only.
