    Hey @BanditIM Wanted to order a second license but the dashboard is acting up. The page either doesn't load or freezes.

    Also, how do I add another license? Should I unsubscribe from the first license and then subscribe for 2 at the same time?

    @system0102 - Sorry about the dashboard issue, must have been an issue with the recent changes we made. Looking into it now, but if you hard refresh the page a few times it seems to work.

    As for multiple licenses, no need to unsubscribe. In the 'Total Licenses Needed' box, type in 2 and then press Subscribe. This will automatically unsubscribe you from your first subscription, prorate the first month's payment, and automatically set up the subscription for the next month :)

    @greeny1232 - PMed you, but for anyone else that's curious for the answer:

    We pushed a huge updated out last night and it seems to have broken the license authentication for the Test button in GSA. We've double checked and the text captchas are still coming in fine though - so no worries there :)

    I've used this service, and like other products I've ordered from BanditIM, I'm very impressed. In typical BanditIM fashion, you get a value that's far greater than what you pay for, and the service just works.

    @jibranpcc - As I PMed you, I'll post it here too so others are aware:

    We have a very nice system that doesn't force you to assign IPs. Just use your API key and you're good to go! If you ever change computers, let the API key sit for 5 minutes and it'll clear and let you use it there.

  • I'm really not sure why everybody is satisfied, but i see just couple of answers correct in dashboard... 
    And those are ones with 4+5 etc. 
    Not a single txt captcha with real question is correct

    @botman - Our database is still clearing after our recent update, after it's fully cleared we expect much better results. There's lots of updates we can make for the parsing engine, it just takes time :). I think the LPM increase speaks for itself though regardless of which ones are correct or not. No system ever will solve a question like the one below I got from a user's account:

    However, after rummaging through a bunch of questions I'm seeing that our expiring script isn't moving fast enough to keep up with the demand. I'll set it to go quicker so that you have all the updated answers much sooner. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    @botman - I apologize for the disbelief in my previous post. I take all feedback with extreme seriousness and I've been digging around the past 2 hours now to find the bug in our code. I wasn't made aware of this issue (until you), so I thank you for that.

    I think you'll find the results MUCH more appeasing. The issue is fixed and answers are looking spectacular (as they should have before). If you still have an account with us, feel free to go check. If not, PM me and I'd be glad to let you into the system to try it once more for yourself. Thanks again.
  • BanditIM now seems you just disabled that we users can not see other questions than match captcha questions and answers :D LOL what is like "- 3 = one" those answers is very easy to solve...

    @botman - we display all text captchas to the users, the results you are seeing now are from the updated engine. We are now parsing out (stripping away) a lot of the junk that GSA sends us so the questions LOOK a lot easier, even though they are the same questions as before. If you dig far enough into your usage you'll find some that our engine hasn't quite figured out (just to prove to you that we're not hiding any). That "- 3 = one" originally could have came into our system like:

    'Login to facebook to see comments. Our site is about airplanes and boats. to prove you are a human please answer the question below (random characters inserted here) : *QUESTION* by signing up below you agree to the terms and conditions of the site and accept the rules... blah blah blah'

    Our engine strips off a lot of that junk now, making it much easier to solve :)

  • Your licensing is IP Based?   I protect myself by using a VPN that changes the ip every 1 hour and I use proxies at the same time.  That hides my ip 2x.     I tried testing this service out, but so far no verification email.   If it is IP based though I have to cancel, I couldn't use it.

    F0l2saken - Actually, we realized this may be an issue and made one of the better IP-based authentication in the market :). What happens is that there is a continuous 5 minute timer on your IP-lock. So, let's say you connect right now and send us a text captcha... 5 minutes later (even if you're sending captchas throughout this 5 minutes) the IP-lock will expire and whatever IP hits our server next will be the new locked IP. This means, even if you change IPs with your VPN you'll be completely fine - automatically :).

    As for confirmation email, after you log in or sign up at, the email will be sent from Aweber. If you didn't receive, try checking your spam. If still not, shoot me a PM and we can take a look.

    Seems our api key hasn't been operating, but unsure for how long.

    Now unable to sign in to dashboard.

    Submitted lost password request, no reset password email is arriving, nothing in junk or spam folders.

    Assistance requested.

    @tykesmurf - Server hasn't been down for a week (just checked the logs), so I'm guessing your subscription ran out and you cancelled your subscription. Please email me at support at with your email for the dashboard and I'll get you all sorted out.

    Edit: Found you. You requested two password resets and they both were sent out, so they must have ended up somewhere (unless Gmail completely blacklisted us, which isn't likely). Also checked your key, working fine on my end :). PMing you info.
