Not a valid URL in "URL" when adding RSS Feed

In the Project Data screen, I click "Edit" button and add an RSS Feed
Then when I click OK to exit the Project Data screen, I get error:
"Not a valid URL in "URL"
(#file[http://www.robertkirby.com/feed]).
It must start with http:// or https:// and must have a valid domain.
Please click the EDIT button next to the box and choose Delete or Clear
